By booking a service or placing an order through TheFamZone.com, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).


2. Services and Products

We provide professional home and commercial maintenance services, including but not limited to:
Water Filtration, Electrical Work, Plumbing, Painting, Air Conditioning, Swimming Pool Work, Sanitary Installation, Flooring, Carpentry, Masonry, CCTV Installation, and other related services.
We also sell related accessories and products through our website.

All services are performed by skilled and trained professionals to ensure quality and reliability.


3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
  • Service charges start from AED 150, depending on the type and scope of work.
  • Full payment must be made before the commencement of any service or delivery of products.
  • Once paid, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing, offers, or service terms at any time without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No refund will be issued after payment confirmation.
  • In some cases, management may review requests for rescheduling but not refunds.
  • Please ensure you confirm the service type, date, and pricing before proceeding with payment.

5. Product Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged product during installation, you may request a replacement within 30 business days from the date of delivery.

  • Only products with visible damage or manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement.
  • Replacement will be processed after verification by our team.
  • No refunds are provided; only replacement or repair applies.

6. Service Quality & Corrections

We always strive to deliver the best service experience.
If you find any issue or area of improvement after service completion, please contact us within 48 hours of the service.

  • We will review and correct the issue at no extra cost, depending on the type of service provided.
  • After 48 hours, TheFamZone.com will not be responsible for any further complaints or issues unless previously agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect damages, property loss, or accidents that may occur due to products or services once the work is completed and accepted by the client.
  • If any uncertain circumstances or issues occur during service execution (such as accidental damage caused directly by our team), the company will take full responsibility and ensure proper resolution.
  • However, damages caused by customer misuse, poor maintenance, or external factors (power fluctuations, water pressure, etc.) are not covered.

8. Access and Permissions

If your building, community, or property requires special access permits, security clearance, or entry passes, it is your responsibility to arrange them in advance.
Delays caused due to access restrictions may extend the service completion time.


9. Product & Service Availability

All products and services are subject to availability.
In rare cases where a booked product or service is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an equivalent alternative or reschedule the service.


10. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding your address and requirements.
  • Ensure safe access to the work area.
  • Confirm that all necessary permissions are obtained for our team to enter and work on-site.
  • Inspect and approve the service upon completion.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure our products and services meet the highest standards.
However, unless otherwise stated in writing, we do not provide any express or implied warranties beyond the stated replacement or correction period.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE.
